Roll Call Events is an guest identity verification system to be used by gate keepers upon a guests entry into an event. There are only two requirements to be fulfilled in order to make Roll Call Events suitable for your event:

1. The event has been organised on Facebook
2. There is a ‘gate keeper’ on the door

Select the Facebook icon on the top right of the screen to sync all of your relevant events from your Facebook page. These will then be stored locally on your device.

Firstly, the event organiser needs to create a profile for their ‘Gate Keeper’, or ‘keepers’ (bouncers). The organiser must then communicate the log in details to the gate keepers.

At an event a guest will approach the Gate Keeper at the door of the event who will be armed with Roll Call Events on either a smart phone or tablet. The Gate Keeper will search for the guest’s name on the app’s built-in search bar, providing their name is on the list, the Gate Keeper can now use the guest’s pre-downloaded Facebook profile details (including profile photo, DoB and personal information) to confirm the entrant’s identity.’ Its as simple as that. The chances of uninvited individuals gate-crashing your private event have now been drastically reduced.

If some guests do not have a Facebook account, you can simply add ‘custom attendees’ to your event locally on Roll Call Events. This will require a small amount of their basic personal information before they are added to the list.

If after viewing the tutorial, you think Roll Call Events looks like something you might be interested in, it will then be possible to pay £0.99/Month for full access to all of Roll Call Events features. These features include;
• An unlimited number of events (within the 30 days paid for)
• Digital search bar (find guests quicker)
• An unlimited number of Gate Keeper accounts, with the possibility to assign multiple Gate Keepers to one event.
